At Pauw, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not entirely pleased, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Pauw account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the completed return form and the original invoice are included inside the box.
Affix the Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and retain your drop-off receipt to track the progress of your return to our boutique.
